Fired Fire and Water Pipes Coal Boiler Application:
Impacts of coal fired boiler on textile industry is ideal thermal equipment for the industrial and aac plant because it has advantages as follows: high automatic level, high thermal efficiency, equipped with dust removal equipment, less pollution of the environment.
Fired Fire and Water Pipes Coal Boiler Structure:
Main engine is single drum longitudinal arrangement and inside of drum is a single-pass thread smoke tube. The left and right sides of the hearth is equipped with bare water wall tube, part of riser pipe forms the furnace top, and refractory brick Hanging at the bottom of the drum doesn't accept high temperature flame radiation. Drum on both sides of the lower part has two symmetrical convective pass, and water wall cured tube is assembled at 750 mm from the center line of the drum, so as to avoid tearing weld joint.
Main Parts
Chain Grate/ Moving Grate Stoker
The chain grate/ moving grate boiler could resist the temperature as high as 1200℃, long working life. It has a low coal leakage because of the small gap. High automatic degree, decrease labor cost. Convenient for maintenance, it could be done without boiler shut down.
Economizer
Economizer is the boiler tail flue in the boiler feed water heated to the steam pressure under the saturated water heating surface, because it absorbs relatively low temperature flue gas, reducing the smoke exhaust gas temperature, saving energy, improve the efficiency.
Steam Header
The steam header is used to distribute the steam generated by the boiler during operation to the pipelines. The sub-cylinder system is a pressure vessel, and its pressure-bearing capacity and capacity should correspond to the supporting boilers.
Feed Pump
Feed pump is deaerator tank with a certain temperature of the water supply to the boiler. It is suitable for conveying clean water with temperature lower than 110C or other non-corrosive liquids whose physical and chemical properties are similar to water. It is widely used in boiler feed water and urban water supply in industrial and mining enterprises.
