The Joful Plastic Bottle shredder machine by Nick baler is designed mainly for shredding baled bottles and other baled materials like papers,cardboard,films , woven bags etc . Per different shredding demand,we recommend use single shaft shredder ,double shaft shredder or four shaft shredder.
The Joful Bottle Shredder machines are normally used as pre shredder for coarse shredding . It can shred big size waste bottles into small pieces for more easy reprocessing, storage and transportation, creating new value from reusable wastes.It can shred all hollow containers in plastic type materials. But for shredding different kinds of waste materials ,the design and configuration of shredder machines are different. For example,for shredding small size and easy break waste material, we normally use integral type blade. For shredding large and hard type waste materials, we normally use assemble blades. The thickness ,diameter,raw material and qty of blade are different for shredding different materials . So when you inquiry which machine is suitable for you and ask for quotation as well as the machine technical data,please kindly let us know which material you will shred,your capacity demand and final size request.

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
