The blade of waste cardboard core shredder machine is made of special high quality alloy steel (H13,different other
materials are also available for choosing), so it has more longer life. The outer frame is made of super thick plates with mixed structure after intensified processing, equipped with powerful hexagonal rotation axis with wide angles and huge-diameter inlet so that huge raw materials may be put inside and crushed.With PLC control, in case that there are too many processing materials, forward/reserve operation and stop function can be activated to ensure operating security.
To shred cardboard cores,we have double shaft shredder and four shaft design, depends on different shred demand we recommend different machine. The materials which need to be shredded decide the diameter and thickness of the blade,as well as the height of claw and qty of claws.
