| Personal visit our factory, visit our workshop to see every working processing, and we test the machine in front of you |
| Open video call, we will show you around our factory and make cutting test at same time |

| Send waste sample to us, we will making cutting test and send video for your confirm (we will return the express cost in your machine order) |
Maintenance & Using Warm Tips
| Put the machine on a open flat place, avoid metal materials during using, this will damage or even broken the blades |
| Please sharpening the blades regularly, we will suggest you sharpening frequency according to the materials you cut and your daily working hours, pls following our suggestion |
| Runing the empty machine for 30 minutes after install, to check if every parts install and work well |
| Please do not repair the machine yourself, if any problems happened, pls stop the machine firstly and contact us, we will solve your problems in the first time |
| If the blades are damage or broken, please contact us to get new one to replace it |
