1 . Descriptions:
The diaphragm pump, also known as a diaphragm pump, is a kind of pump that utilizes the reciprocating motion of a diaphragm to change the volume of the working chamber, thus transporting liquid or gas. Diaphragm pumps have good sealing performance and are suitable for conveying all kinds of corrosive liquids, suspensions, high-viscosity liquids, and liquids containing solid particles. They are one of the components in wastewater treatment systems and pure water treatment systems.
Diaphragm pumps are mainly composed of a driving part, diaphragm, working chamber, and check valve. The driving part can be electric, pneumatic, or manual. The driving part moves the diaphragm back and forth by means of mechanical linkage or compressed air. The diaphragm divides the pump chamber into two parts: one in contact with the conveying medium and the other connected with the driving mechanism. When the drive mechanism drives the diaphragm backward, the volume of the pump chamber increases, forming negative pressure, and the check valve opens to suck the medium into the pump chamber. When the drive mechanism drives the diaphragm forward, the volume of the pump chamber decreases, forming positive pressure, closing the suction valve, and opening the discharge valve to release the medium from the pump chamber.
