Spray water wraped around the heat exchange tube, the heat of the water inner tube is transfered to the spary water throught the wall of Heat exchange tube and Forming steam, the steam is discharged by fans. Almost Steam is recycling by drift eliminator , Re-condense into water and flow into the water channel. The filling cooling the spary water twice time , impoved the cooling effect and reduce the Scaling in outer wall of heat exchange tube.It can ensure the water can't be pulluted because of the close circulation and protect well the main equipment 's efficient operation and improve the service life. 2. The heat Exchange tube material is T2 deoxidation,deacidification, high quality copper tube or the SUS 304, 316L tube. grading and pressure test three times to ensure the closeness.
3. Water pump, we use the specifical cooling tower water pump, the small volume, light weight, silent mode design.easy maintance and long life.
4. Drift eliminator, PVC material drift eliminator change the Airflow direction three times, recycling the steam utmost to save water. It is easy repalce.
5. Air inlet, PVC material, large air volume, small Wind resistance, can prevent the Floating debris enter the Closed cooling tower.
6. Spray system. The spray nozzle is most important, it can ensure the water sprayed on heat exchanged tube evenly.
