INDUSTRIAL CYLINDRICAL BRUS SERIES

This ensures effective cleaning without causing any damage to the object being cleaned. To ensure durability, we use our own robust machine to firmly implant the brush wire into the plastic roller, preventing any risk of shedding during the cleaning process. In some cases, we also produce metal shafts in various sizes that allow the brush to rotate according to the specific needs of our customers.
1. There are two kinds of cylindrical brushes with and without shaft.
2. The outer diameter ranges from 60 mm to 600 mm.
3. Inner diameter from 5 mm.
4. The length of the cylindrical brush ranges from 5 mm to 2800 mm.
5. Base material - wood, PVC, plastic, nylon, aluminum, etc.
6. Brush density can choose low, medium and three kinds.
7. Brush or brush line type - nylon, polypropylene, natural fiber, PVC, animal hair, steel wire, S.S wire, brass wire, etc
8. The bristles have different thicknesses and can be made into soft or hard brushes.
