Thickness: Commonly applying 10/15/18/32 mm plate as the insulation claddings.
Performance: Can keep the outside temperature as designed.
Service Life: Expected to serve for 10 months or longer ( the refractory layer requires refurbished regularly)

Installation: Past to the inside wall of ladle with refractory clay; then install the permanent layer, and last refractory layer

1> What the material of the refractory and insulation product
More than 50% of the vermiculite refractory and insulation material is made of expanded silver vermiculite, which is from Xinjiang Province, and free of asbestos, with high quality in expansion times and stable thermal insulation performance.
2> What the features of the vermiculite refractory and insulation material? Fire resistant temperature =/<1200 Celsius degree Thermal conductivity <0.28 W/m.K Cold pressing strength >6 Mpa Density around 0.9 g/cm³ Service life estimated to 10 years in the gas boilers Above data from lab testing of professional wall mounted gas boilers.
3> What the MOQ and lead time? Due to it commonly requires molds producing, the MOQ we recommend is 1,000 sets; and the lead time is about 15-25 days for the producing and packing, and extra 30 days for the molds producing and adjustment.
