1. PVC Wood-Plastic Single-screw/Twin-screw WPC (foaming) Extruder line

The production line is mainly used for the production of the Great Wall panels, wall panels, partition walls, pinch plate, acoustic panels, stair railing, shutters, decorative, foot line and any other ECO-WOOD plastic productions. The extruder with the unique screw design prevents raw material from high shear or over plasticizing, As a result, products gain significant texture of wood surface, and product with characteristics: no deformation, non-fading, fire prevention, anti-corrosion, anti-moth, anti-aging and anti-UV.

At present WPC extrusion line has two ways: one step way and two steps way: one step way mainly used to produce PVC wood plastic product, two steps way mainly used to extrude PP/PE wood plastic product. The screws and barrel is treated by bimetal treatment, wearable and anti-erode, featured in good plasticization, high capacity, energy saving and wood powder and the other wooden fibre can occupied high quantity as 50-70%. This equipment is an ideal choice for customers who want to produce wood tray, indoors and outdoors floor, fences, warehouse plate and outdoors decorative material and so on.

The main extruding machine adopts special-designed screw, barrel, mould, Equipped with the auxiliary machineries, it could produce the PP/PE/PVC wood-plastic products, It’s a new environment-protecting product, which combines the wood powder and plastic powder at a certain percent. After the high temperature and mould extruding, the wood and plastic composites and becomes the final products.
 
9. commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T
  before shipment
2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s
  factory:
   (1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
   (2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
  (1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
  (2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
   one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the 
   installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer
   requests.
   Customers pay the charge of our technicians.
   (1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket
   (2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
   (3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.
   (4) An interpreter is needed.
6. Spare parts:
 Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we suggest
 that customers should buy the spare parts. (Fittings list will be
 provided.)
7. English manual, Figuration drawing, and footing drawings are 
  provided.
