IV Installation Method of Force Measurement Gauge

Sensor in-built type: insert 4-M6 screw into fixed block 4-φ6.2 holes, invaginate 1 gasket respectively in the direction of thread, and screw tight with 4-M6 thread on the installation board of force measurement gauge, the installation holes of

force measurement gauge on installation board are divided into two groups, 30x145 group and 40x90 group, which can be determined by users according to requirements.

V Usage of Control Panel

1. Power switch: when button is pressed, the power is on, when button is pressed again, the power is off.

2. Speed control: due to the difference of the tested objects and user requirements, the movement speed is 20~200mm/min when turn button of speed regulator is adjusted.

VI Function Control

Manual/Automation. When turn button is turned to Manual, if carriers are needed to be moved, lift or lower key shall be pressed, if the key is off, the movement stop. When the turn button is turned to Automation, if carriers are needed to be moved, lift or lower key shall be directly pressed.

VII Travel Adjustment

There are two screws on the back side of the vertical column, loose the screw by standard Hex Wrench and adjust to proper position, and control slide block, then requirement is met.

VIII Usage of Counter

The upper of counter is digital display for recording test times, there are 4 pre-set buttons in the lower part, they are single-digit, ten-digit, hundred-digit and thousand-digit, which mean the pre-set scope is within 0~9999. E.g.: user continuously test some product, the test times is 9999, therefore it is needed to adjust the 4 buttons to display 9999, and press Manual/Automation button, thus 9999 times can be tested, then they stop automatically after the 9999 times is accomplished. If the test is necessary to be implemented, press Stop button.
