It's simple. All you have to do is fill in a free quote, send the design and tell us how many patches you want to order.
3. I have no artwork, can I help you?
Yes, that's right! We offer free art and design services for every order!
4. When can I receive the pushpin after placing an order?
Our delivery time is within one to four weeks after the order is received and the artwork is approved (for normal delivery time, please see the corresponding item on this website). However, some delivery times may vary depending on the quantity, the production method used, or the uniqueness of the design requirements.
5. What if I need to change or cancel my order after production?
Any changes or cancellations will be charged based on the costs incurred before your request. After the production order, no changes will be accepted. It will be processed as a new order.
6. How should I present my artwork to you?
The most preferred format is PDF Illustrator or Coreldraw vector illustration, and all fonts are converted to outlines / curves. We also exclude -600x600-0.jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge the artwork to make it 4 times larger than the size of the pin). We strongly recommend that you use Pantone Matching System colors in your artwork to reproduce the colors you want. For our digital pins, the artwork should be at least 300 dpi or higher.
7. Will I receive artistic proof before producing my product?
Yes, we will send you proof after receiving your order, and we will not provide your pushpin until we get your recognition of the artwork.
8. Free sample statement
We mainly produce OEM products, and if there are, we will send the same samples as that product. Or samples of similar size will be sent randomly for reference only.
