Main functions:
| 1. | Heating and heat preservation function of liquid steel.New heat energy can be obtained from molten steel by arc heating, which not only makes it possible to add alloys and adjust the composition of the ladle, but also makes it possible to add slag to facilitate deep desulfurization and deoxidation of molten steel.Moreover, the starting temperature of molten steel required by continuous casting is guaranteed, which is beneficial to the improvement of billet quality.

| 2. | Argon stirring function.Argon is blown into the deflected steel at the bottom of the ladle to obtain certain stirring function.

| 3. | Vacuum degassing energy.At the same time, argon gas is blown into the bottom of the ladle to agitate the molten steel. The hydrogen and nitrogen contents in the molten steel can be removed, and the oxygen and sulfur contents can be further reduced. Finally, the liquid steel with high purity and superior performance can be obtained.

Characteristics
1. Adopting the water cooled furnace roof equipped with dedusting interface of which the size of smoke outlet is adjustable to keep the tiny barotropic atmosphere and reducing atmosphere inside the furnace.
2. Using the cooper-steel composited conductive arm, reducing electrode pitch circle diameter and prolonging lining service life.
3. Equipped with automatic or manual temperature measurement and sampling device to measure the liquid steel temperature accurately.
4. Large current system adopts large-section water cooled cable, compensators and copper-steel composite conducive arm, thus reduce major loop impedance.
5. Using alloy and slag automatic charging device to accurately measure the charging volume.
6. Equipped with PLC control system and smelting model.
