Black ESD JEDEC Matrix Trays for Integrated Circuit
The Semiconductor product are usually electrostatic discharge sensitive devices (ESDS), which requires specific precautions in terms of transport and storage. On integrated circuits, the discharge of charged objects caused by human touch or processing tools may generate high current, which can damage or even destroy sensitive semiconductor structures. Therefore, anti-static protection measures must be taken to prevent contact with live parts and prevent static electricity from damaging the product. The ESD JEDEC tray is therefore designed to avoid this phenomenon.
The Details of the HN22045 JEDEC Matrix Tray
The HN22045 JEDEC tray is mainly made of a common industrial material MPPO,which has excellent anti-static and high temperature resistance.The maximum baking temperature of the tray is 135 °C, and when the temperature is exceeded, the tray size will change. Different raw materials determine the high temperature resistance of the tray, and customers can choose according to their own requirements. Such as color, anti-static properties, dimensional stability and maximum temperature rating.
The JEDEC tray is designed as a 4 × 8 matrix and the spacing between the pockets is 38.2*32.1mm, which allows the automation equipment to position the product more accurately.
