Due to the speed difference between the two, friction will be generated. Under the action of friction, the speed of the gear to be meshed gradually increases or decreases, gradually approaches the speed of the current gear, and synchronization is achieved.
♦ Shift completion stage: When the speed of the gear to be meshed is completely synchronized with the speed of the current gear, the slider, under the action of the spring, makes the synchronizer ring fully mesh with the gear to be meshed. At this time, the spline hub and the gear to be meshed are connected together through the synchronizer ring, and the power can be smoothly transmitted from the current gear to the gear to be meshed, completing the shift operation.
