In addition, most nozzles have small amounts of additives added during the manufacturing process. The most common are:
(1) Chromogenic substances, usually blue-tipped and yellow-tipped;
(2) Additives that help tips release quickly after molding.
(3) Additives to treat the surface of low retention tips. The more additives, the greater the possibility of adverse chemical reactions during pipetting, but manufacturers rarely meet the higher demands placed on the production process without additives.
JiAn Biotech is supported by the industry's advanced mold design technology, adopts ultra-fine grinding and molding technology, can be molded without a release agent, and the inner wall is smooth to minimize liquid residue.

More and more users are demanding tips that are free of RNase, DNase, pyrogen and ATP contamination, and endotoxins. However, autoclaving tips do not completely guarantee the absence of biological contamination. To ensure that there is no biological contamination, steps such as gamma radiation treatment are required. Therefore, it is almost impossible for users to process ordinary tips into non-biologically contaminated tips by themselves. The boxed non-biologically contaminated tips purchased must provide relevant certificates showing the test date of the corresponding item. JiAn Biotech has a 100,000-level dust-free workshop to ensure that the products are pyrogen-free, DNase-free, RNase-free, and endotoxin-free.
