2. We provide technology training for free, which contains the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in factory.
3. After warranty , we also can offer you the parts for replacement at our bottom price.
4. After sales, if you have any problem about our product, you can inform us by Email, we will reply you at once when we get it and offer you a good solution to solve the problem.
5. We also could solve problems for you until it recovers well by remote control!
Delivery Time:
1. Delivery time: Accomplish manufacturing within 25 days after receiving the deposit.
2. Before delivery, we will test the display, and keep it light up for 72 hours, and check all the parts of the display to confirm it is Ok for delivery.
Installation :
1. We can assist the training and technical support for the customer in the factory, if the customer requires so.
2. We could send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your esteemed company.
3. Our technicians will offer CAD Drawing to show how to install the LED Display rightly and fast, of course, if you need.
1. May I know the Minimum order for your products:
For our products, no limit for the size of the led displays, but generallay speaking, for one p10 outdoor full color dip module led display screen the dots more than 50000 dots will be clear for the audience to see the video on the screen.
2. What's the difference of DIP(1R1G1B) and DIP(One LED, 3 in 1) ?
DIP(One LED, 3 in 1) p10 outdoor full color dip module led display, one pixel has one LED lamp, 3 led chips in one LED Lamp;
Traditional DIP( 1R1G1B) use 3 LED Lamp in one pixel.
DIP(One LED), reduced the LED Lamp on the screens, it reduced grainy of the screen, and improve the uniform of the surface of the led displays, this will make the led display has a more wide viewing angle and smooth image.
Keeps the high brightness for outdoor advertising.
Becuase it adopted advanced technology of DIP and SMD, so it can keep the high brightness of the screen. Much high brightness than SMD Screens.
3. How long time I can get the cargos?
Our production time is about 15~ 18 working days;
When we confirmed the order, after we get your deposit, we can start production, we will update the production details in time; Before finish, we will notice you and after we get full payment, we can delivery the goods to you.
About the time from start port to destination, that depends on the distance and the state of the sea company or airport company.
4. May I know the package details?
For our product, generally we can provide you package by Plywood case or Flight case.
Generally speaking, for outdoor fixed, we use plywoode case, 2 cabinets in one case; For rental market, we suggest you use flight case, generally 6 or 8 cabinets in one case.
