Previously, it was challenging for users to clean up their softgel encapsulation machines after use. Thankfully, we have adopted a new design which makes the JL-250III’s parts easier to clean! Specifically, its capsule conveyor belt is now made using Polyurethane (PU) material. This is easy to clean without leaving any dead corners. Moreover, the capsule stripper on this machine uses PT material instead of brushes. This protects the die rollers from damage during the cleanup process!

A High-Precision Medicine Pump

The capacity of your softgel capsules is controlled by the medicine pump. This component injects a specific amount of fluid, solution, or suspension into the gelatin shell. This capacity must be as accurate as possible, especially for pharmaceutical-grade softgel capsules. For accurate results, we made sure our JL-250III softgel encapsulation machine has a high-precision medicine pump. As a matter of fact, it has an accuracy level of +-1%!
During operation, the high-precision medicine pump is aligned with the die roller using a pneumatic separating and reunion device. Together, these parts ensure high quality capsule production.
