Joy Shing glass manufacturers supply toughened glass, also known as safety tempered glass, with a 10-year warranty.
What is toughened glass?
Toughened glass also called safety glass is produced by heating regular annealed glass to a very high temperature (approximately 650℃) to its softening point, then cooling it rapidly. This process will make the glass surface under compression and the glass center under tension to increase its resistance to wind load, impact, and thermal shock 5 times more than regular annealed glass of the same thickness.
It can produce flat tempered glass, curved tempered glass, tempered laminated glass, hollow tempered glass, solar tempered glass, etc., as well as deep processing of tempered glass thickness, color, size customization, edge, corner, hole, hot dipping, etc. according to customer needs, with good quality discount price.
