Juice bottling machine Description:

Juice bottling machine has 3 working positions: rinsing part, filling part and capping part. It’s mainly used to empty bottle rinsing, juice filling and cap screwing. All these functions and automatic system are controled by PLC system, we choose Mitsubishi, Siemens and other international brands. 

For operation control, this machine has touch screen as Human-computer interaction interface. With the help of touch screen, people can exactly know the running speed, and production amount, and all these details can be adjusted on touch screen easily.

Besides, we also provide emergency stop switch on the machine, which is very impritant for a machine, to make sure the safety.

Whole process:

The main process of the machine is that the bottles are transferred to the bottle stamping machine in the three-in-one filling machine through the air channel and the bottle picking star wheel.

The rinsed and drained bottle is imported into the filling machine from the punching machine, and the filling is made by gravity filling. After the filling valve is opened, the material is filled through the filling valve, and then is imported into the capping machine. The rotary cap keeps rotating and rotating on the rotary cap machine. Under the action of CAM, it can grasp the cap, cover the cap, screw the cap and take off the cap. The bottle after sealing is output by the conveying chain three-in-one filling machine.

Bottle rinsing:

Bottles rinsing part clamps are made of SUS304, it wil grip the bottle neck to start the rinisng, so high quality stainless steel material makes 

sure the rinsing area is clean and free from secondary contamination

Bottle filling:

According to the quality of different bottles, the machine adopts two filling methods: atmospheric pressure and negative pressure, to ensure accurate filling without leakage, and meet the actual needs of customers and production conditions.

The filling valve will be opened by the bottle mouth to realize material filling, to ensure that there is no contact with other substances, to ensure that the filling is clean and sanitary.

Screw capping:

Screw capping heads and the slide cover linked as a one body, when it move along with the main shaft, the gear of the screw

capping shaft will gear with inner tooth ring through idler gear to make it rotate, then screw down the cap, if exceed the stated

torque (suction of the magnetic pillar), the slide cover and machinery body will move, the capping cover will not move, which can prevent bottles or caps damaging.
