1. Description of the Granule Automatic Pouch Packaging Machine
DGD-210 full-automatic horizontal bag feeding bagging machine includes a bag-taking mechanism, bag opening detection, air blowing mechanism, filling mechanism, heat sealing, cold sealing shaping, and other mechanisms. The coordinated action of each mechanism is completed through the high-precision imported cam divider, and the position signal is fed back by the encoder on the main shaft. Under the programmable control of PLC, the functions of bag-taking → bag opening → detection → filling → sealing → finished product are realized.
The machine has a reasonable design, novel appearance, and large-area arc plexiglass door, which meets the production requirements of safety and environmental protection. At the same time, the automatic filling of powder, particles, and other materials can be realized on the machine by changing the filler.
