The temperature of the cold side of large rotary kilns in the cement industry is generally 280-320℃. Since there is no material with both high strength and low thermal conductivity, it cannot be effectively insulated, resulting in a huge waste of energy. According to the calculation, using 40-50mm thick ultra-high strength nano insulation block with conventional cement kiln working layer material can reduce the cold surface temperature of the kiln body by 100℃-130℃.
