ST2100 Near-infrared grain Analyzer

ST2100 Near-infrared grain Analyzer suitable for the rapid, non-destructive and multi-index quantitative detection and analysis of the acquisition, storage and processing of soybean, wheat, corn, rice and other grains, and provides a rapid detection method for grain quality identification. The instrument can be used in laboratory, workshop and field site.

Instrumentation features:

1. The product adopts near-infrared spectral transmission technology.

2. Main technical parameters:

1) Splitting method: fixed grating, no moving parts, stable and reliable;

2) Detector: 256 pixel silicon diode array detector;

3) Wavelength range: including 700-1050nm;

4) Spectral resolution: better than 7nm;

5) The light source adopts halogen lamps, with a lifespan of 10000 hours;

6) Detection time: less than 3 minutes.

3. * High performance detector

Adopting a silicon diode array detector, it has fast response speed, wide dynamic range, high sensitivity, large sensing area, and long lifespan, providing stable signal acquisition for the instrument.

4. * Adapt to samples with different particle sizes

Suitable sample optical path modules can be matched based on the particle size of the sample to achieve optimal spectral detection of samples with different particle sizes. The instrument provides at least three thickness optical path modules and includes one powder sample cell.

5. * Transmission measurement method

Use transmission measurement method. It is conducive to obtaining internal spectral information of the entire sample, reflecting more objective and effective sample composition information, and improving detection accuracy and stability.

1) 8-inch true color screen;

7. * Flexible and diverse power supply methods:

Three power supply methods are provided, which can be freely switched:

1) AC 110-220V adapter power supply;

2) DC 12-15V lithium polymer battery or lead battery power supply, capable of continuous outdoor operation;

3) Battery power supply: Equipped with a large capacity lithium polymer rechargeable battery, with a battery life of more than 2 hours.

1) Equipped with operating software, it can achieve basic functions such as sample detection and data query.

2) Built in model management system, convenient for users to update and calibrate models, intelligent call to test sample models, convenient for customers to use, shorten testing time, and improve testing efficiency.

3) It has the function of storing and retrieving historical detection records, allowing users to search for various parameters such as date, sample type, and detection components, making it easy to find.

4) Equipped with real-time display function of battery level and low battery reminder function, it is convenient for users to determine the current standby time of the instrument.

5) The built-in monitoring system can monitor various key parameters, temperature and humidity information inside the instrument, facilitating the timely detection of abnormal situations and extending the service life of the instrument.
