The vertical hollow 3 jaw lathe chuck is a patented product. The chuck of the three-jaw lathe is a built-in cylinder, easy to install, no external power supply, air from the side to achieve clamping and loosening. Multiple chucks can be installed at the same time in one work area to realize multi-station processing and improve production efficiency.
This product is a built-in power cylinder, which is supplied by the side of the chuck body to achieve clamping and loosening without pulling rod. The center is through hole, which can pass through the long shaft bar.
The working principle of the vertical hollow 3 jaw lathe chuck is that the power source of the chuck is compressed air; When the compressed air flows into the check valve through the distribution ring, it enters the chuck cylinder, which drives the piston and makes the jaw tightly clamp the workpiece. Then, the reversing valve power, the air pressure in the cylinder is sealed by the check valve. When the sealing device of the distribution ring is loosened and not in contact with the chuck body, the equipment can be started to work normally.
Three jaw lathe chucks are suitable for drilling and tapping machines, milling machines, vertical lathes and machining centers.
