Description:
The planner bench can rotate the table through horizontal and lift motion mechanisms, allowing for inclined plane planning and expanding its versatility. The planner feed system employs a cam mechanism to adjust the feed rate, providing convenient and efficient adjustment capabilities.The shaper is equipped with cutting system overload safety devices, ensuring that in case of careless operation, external influences, or cutting overload, it will automatically shift to self-skid mode, preventing damage to the machine.
Proper lubrication is provided by pump shot oil between the rail and bed rail, speed gear, and main sliding guide surfaces. The shaper features a clutch and parking brake device, eliminating the need to cut off power when changing speeds, starting or braking the machine.

1.Bed and other key parts tempering, vibration aging, super audio quenching heat treatment process, makes the machine more stable accuracy, longer service life.

The main cutting motion and feed motion are gear transmission, step less speed regulation, with hydraulic overload protection device, smooth rotation, little overrun, start and stop is flexible and reliable, rigidity, cutting force, high directional precision, low oil temperature, small thermal deformation, accuracy and stability, and can apply to the work of a strong and continuous cutting.
