Application scope:

It is suitable for grinding and processing batches of workpieces, such as high-precision grinding of linear guides, sliders, sewing machine accessories, mold precision positioning blocks, etc. The grinding wheel can be automatically trimmed and compensated, and the grinding wheel speed can be constant speed grinding.

The grinding wheel spindle can be divided into vertical installation grinding and horizontal installation grinding.

 

Structural features:
* The vertical shaft adopts high-precision ball screw and servo motor direct connection structure, which has the advantages of fast upper and lower response speed and high positioning accuracy, resulting in high rigidity and high stability of the whole machine.

* The front and rear guide rails adopt heavy-duty roller linear guides with high-precision ball screw and servo motor direct connection structure, which has the advantages of fast front and rear response speed and high positioning accuracy, resulting in high rigidity and high stability of the whole machine

 

* Grinding wheel dressing: equipped with three types of dressers, horizontal diamond disc dresser, double diamond pen dresser, vertical diamond forming roller dresser.


* Grinding of vertical clamping workpieces can realize multi-process compound processing with one clamping.
