Project Introduction
The three-combined test is a comprehensive test that simultaneously applies three environmental stresses: temperature + humidity + vibration. The effect of the comprehensive environment can more truly and realistically reflect the performance of the product in on-site use, and can better expose the defects of the product.
Applying a single environmental stress to a product can trigger product failure, and applying three different environmental stresses to a product can easily achieve an acceleration effect of 3-5 times. At the same time, by combining different environmental stresses, faults that cannot occur when individual stresses are applied can be induced.
When conducting a comprehensive test in which three stresses of temperature, humidity, and vibration are applied simultaneously, from the perspective of the mechanism of failure, the interior of the product undergoing temperature cycling will expand and contract due to the difference in material expansion coefficient, and the joint will become loose. At this time, if Humidity and moisture will invade from the gaps, reducing the friction coefficient of the joints and connections. If vibration stress is applied, the resonance phenomenon of the product will still occur relative to a specific frequency. Through the repeated process of movement, moisture absorption, freezing, and resonance, it is possible for new failure modes to appear (caused by the greatly accelerated single factor failure mode and the combined superposition effect of the three factors).
