Factory material transport equipment motorized mold handling cart is powered by lithium battery. The battery is installed in the mold handling cart and we also equip intelligent charger for it. The motorized mold handling cart is controlled to go forward, backward, turn left, turn right, adjust speed through PLC and speed controller.
Electric Power Control System:It is mainly composed of control switch, voltage converter, warning lamp and conductive transmission device. Its main function is to provide the voltage needed for the operation of flat transfer car and ensure its safety.
Driven Control System:It is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller belt, brake device and brake controller. Its main function is to drive the mold handling cart to slide on the track.
Car Frame:The frame material is steel structure, the outer surface is 50MM thick high strength steel plate, and the frame is welded.
Others:It include wheel frame, shaft coupling, transmission worm gear, pressure testing tool, or alarm lamp, stop device, explosion-proof device, hydraulic lifting platform device, etc.
