Q1. Do you have the rack for transporting the screen in the court?
Yes, we do have the transportation rack with wheels for moving the led panels.
Q2. I don’t know how to do the configuration with novastar controller, what to do?
Don’t worry! We will finish the configuration when doing aging test. Then the configuration data will be saved in a u-disk, which will be sent to you with the shipment together. When you receive the shipment, you just need to do the wiring, and follow the software user manual we prepare for you. Or we can remote control the computer to light up the screen.
Q3. Is it outdoor waterproof?
Yes, it is. These panels reach IP65 protection level. Work perfectly under different kinds of outdoor circumstances.
Q4. Can you customize the panel size?
Yes, we can. We have other panel models with other sizes like 960mm, 1280mm, 1960mm and etc. Other special size can be customized according to your project requirement.
Q5. Can you do 6500nits brightness?
Yes, we can. But for normal use we don’t recommend to use the maximum brightness.
