Now we have 8pcs lines for all our module production.
We choose special wave,current,high light emit rate led chip for our display's led tube, to make sure that every led tube has characters of super light,same color and low light attenuation, meanwhile,we test the chip and make sure its' viewing angle fit for the display's purpose, and smooth the Light curves.
Now the most common lamp is kinglight,Nationstar.
Advance LED Module Technicals
We have do the production line for indoor and outdoor module separately.
It can ensure the quality.
Quality Control of Manufacture Process
We have one floor for the led display assembling and testing.
All modules will be test 2 days and all display will be test 3 days.

---------March, 2008. Our factory was founded in Shenzhen China. We specialized in led display.led module. DIP,SMD,led stage screen.developing ,manufacturing, marketing led display product.
---------Jan,2019, we set up our oversea sales department and build our first office in USA.
---------April,2010, On this year,our sales beyong the 2million USD dollars performance. at the same time, DIP are most popular sales.SMD outdoor is just the begining. We build new R&D department and start to design own special PCB design to ensure TOP display effect and more stable quality.
---------May,2011, We add three production line.Then we have our own line for all kind of modules. It increase our production volume.
--------Jan,2013. We develop our OEM service.Many customer were satified with this. Our factory worker beyond 200 person. We move to a new industry park.5th floor building.
--------March,2015 Annual sales reached 50million dollars. At the same time.We trained our engineer team. We have total 15 engineer.8 of them can speak english directly. It made a very good service for our customer.
--------2016. We joined many trade fair on this years and also visit some countries to plan to open our dub-office there to improve our after-sales.

1. Switching sequence: When opening the screen, start the computer first, then open the screen. When shutting down the screen: shut down the screen first, then shut down.
