LK-380 five-axis machining center is a CNC machine with superior cost performance. It can completely save some special fixtures and marking processes, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers. This machine is suitable for drilling, milling, boring, tapping and other processing of medium and small disks, plates, shells, valve bodies, cams and other parts with high hole spacing accuracy in industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, aerospace, military, instruments, meters, electronics, molds, etc. The processing is programmed and the production cycle is shortened.
The LK-380 five-axis machining center is equipped with full protection, which effectively prevents cutting fluid and chips from splashing everywhere and has beautiful and generous appearance; it is equipped with a complete set of spindles produced by a well-known professional company in Taiwan, with good performance, strong broaching force and service life; the optional CNC rotary table can form four-axis coordinate linkage processing; the spindle oil cooler can be selected; the automatic chip removal device can be selected to cooperate with the bed structure to ensure the internal cleanliness.
