1.Product Introduction
 
The metal structure of the light and small gantry crane is like a door-shaped frame, and the main frame is the load-bearing beam and the legs on both sides below, equipped with 360-degree universal tires, it can walk directly on the track on the ground, and it is durable and reliable.
 
The portable gantry crane host is composed of upper and lower parts, the upper part is the suspension rod, and the lower part is the suspension beam. The boom is composed of two symmetrical vertical rods and a horizontal horizontal rod. A set of lifting mechanism is installed between the left and right vertical rods, the upper end is fixed in the control room, and the lower end is fixed on the suspension beam.
 
The horizontal cross bar is at the middle position of the left and right vertical bars, the upper end is fixed on the middle part of the left and right vertical bars, and a set of transmission mechanism is connected with the lower end. The transmission mechanism includes components such as gears, drive motors, reducers and flywheels.
The gear transmission is driven by the drive motor to drive the reducer to rotate the flywheel, and the flywheel transmits the force to the left-right symmetrical steel wire rope. The wire rope transmits the force to the door leaf through the guide wheel.
The single-beam and column-type assembly structure is easy to install, reducing installation time and cost; light and small gantry cranes can increase staff satisfaction; simple gantry cranes achieve a safe operating environment; gantry hangers can achieve rapid handling by improving production efficiency. Small gantry cranes are divided into gantry cranes and cantilever gantry cranes.
