1.Galvanized Steel Pipes
This blackout greenhouse uses high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel structure, Zinc-coating 275 g/m2, service life over 20 years. All steel materials are field-assembled, no secondary processing required.The galvanized connectors and fasteners are not rusted for 20 years.
2.PE Film
We usually use 150 micron plstic PE film to cover. Depending on the specific type of plastic film used, it can provide excellent light transmission, allowing for optimal plant growth and productivity. High-quality greenhouse plastic film is resistant to tears, punctures, and degradation from sunlight, making it a durable option for greenhouse coverings.
3. Black and White Film
The greenhouse is covered with a black and white film with a thickness of 0.13mm, and the shading effect is 100%. Compared with other materials, black and white film has low cost, but good economic effect, which can meet the temperature and shading effect required by the growth process of herb.
4. Side Ventilation
This greenhouse is covered with plastic film and two ventilation systems on both sides with insect nets. The manual film roller can control the upper and lower film coiling, realize ventilation and adjust the temperature in the greenhouse, which can provide a suitable growing environmentfor crops, such as herb, mushrooms, and medical plants.
5.Top Ventilation Roller
The top is equipped with 220V, 100W electric film roller, which can roll up or put down the black and white film on the surface to achieve the shading effect of the greenhouse.(The side roller also can be electric).

LED Grow Light
Baolida light bulbs are all Samsung brand quality light bulbs, the use effect is good. The brightness can be adjusted by one key to meet the lighting conditions of herb growth in different periods. LED grow lights are highly energy efficient, using up to 50% less energy than traditional lighting sources. This can result in significant cost savings on electricity bills over time. At the same time, we have different kinds of growth lights to meet your different needs.
