Solar cables, also known as PV cables, connect photovoltaic modules and inverters. The cables are used for 600/1000V AC 1500V DC. Solar systems are usually used in harsh environmental conditions, such as high temperature and ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, solar cables are different from ordinary cables. In comparison, photovoltaic cables have the characteristics of heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, acid, alkali and salt resistance, UV resistance, flame retardancy, and environmental protection.
