Standing Seam Metal Roof Mount system Tin Roof Commercial solar photovoltaic system
There are three main types of solar roof mounting systems: Railess solar system, L-feet solar system and rail solar system. All three types use the same standing seam roof clamps to secure the panels to the seams of the metal roof. Each of our types uses our non-penetrating roof seam clamps, which will help to protect the roof panels from installation damage by eliminating the rotational forces typically applied to the panels by fixing screws.
Metal roofing panels are very compatible with solar panels, because these roofing panels don't require any holes to be made in the roof when securing the solar panels, so no drilling, no holes, no leakage. Our accessories are assembled at the factory and can be installed at any time, saving the customers’ labor cost on site.
With the customized seam clamp, customer can choose different installation methods, for example railess type, which no need to use rail, fix with the Mid clamp and End clamp directly. It also can fix with L-feet to make the panel height a little higher, which can have better heat dissipation. And normal way is using with H rail together.
