Adjustable Ground Screw Ground Mounting System Solar Power Station Solar Photovoltaic System
Adjustable ground screw is a modified version of normal integrated ground screw. The adjustable ground screw is divided into inner pipe and outer pipe. The outer pipe is similar to the conventional integrated ground screw. The top of the inner pipe is welded with a flange plate, which can be fixed with different bases, with a high degree of adaptability. During installation, insert the inner pipe into the outer pipe, and adjust the height through the exposed height of the inner pipe to deal with the uneven land, then fix the pipes with 3 bolts. If the construction can be operated, a through bolt can also be punched to obtain better strength.
The adjustable range of the ground screw is generally 0~300mm when inner pipe is 500mm length, but it can also be customized according to the requirements of use.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend the use of adjustable ground screw in earthquake prone areas. Because with the vibration, the bolts are easy to loosen, affecting the overall safety of the structure. When used in other areas, during the maintenance of the structure, it is also necessary to regularly check the fasteners, and if they are loose, deal with them in time.
