Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Equipment with PAC/ PAM Reaction Device in Sewage Water Treatment Plant Portable

As the sludge layer thickens, the scraper mechanism transfers the sludge to the DAF sludge chamber. From there, the sludge is pumped into an external sludge storage tank and finally into a dewatering plant. They achieve better results at higher flow rates and pollutant loads than other conventional gravity separation systems. Our proprietary design produces an unmatched dissolved air solids ratio and clarifies contaminated water with unmatched performance.

Features:

1: In the process, pressurized water is saturated with dissolved air and is discharged into a flotation vessel. The microscopic air bubbles attach to solids and float them to the surface, forming a sludge blanket. A scraping assembly skims the sludge off the surface of the water and into a sump. 2: From the sump, sludge is pumped to dewatering equipment. The treated water flows from the DAF vessel for discharge or on to other treatment processes.
