Gas Driven Crimping Machine For Coin Cell Crimper

The MR-QF150 is a compact gas driven crimping machine for all types of coin cell cases crimping, such as CR2032, CR2450, etc. CR20XX series crimping die is included as standard, the other crimping die set is optional. The crimping die is made of stainless steel which is more corrosion resistance and longer lifetime.

 

Features

 

● Crimping die is made of stainless steel which is more corrosion resistance and longer lifetime.

● The lower die adopts high precision positioning ring to limit the position and control the crimping height to avoid the damage of battery and crimping die if the crimping pressure is excessive.

● If battery get stuck and cannot be taken out, the cell can be pushed out easily by ratoting the top screw.

● Compressed air or inert gas can be used .External connection of compressed gas exhaust can prevent damage to glove box atmosphere.

● Precision die design ensures precise and reliable seal forming, solid steel structure design, stable and safe use.

● Pure pneumatic operation, no electricity, easy to use.

● Perfect to be used inside of glovebox, no leakage.

● Small volume, which can be put into glovebox through big antechamber.

● With the function of short circuit prevention for crimping.

● Fast speed of crimping.
