Within 18 months from the date of delivery of the product, our company is responsible for free repair or replacement in case of any quality problem, provided that the user complies with the requirements of the transportation, storage and installation specifications of the product and the lead seal of the manufacturer is still intact.
Our company implements "three guarantees" for all electric energy meter products throughout the product life cycle, and provides necessary maintenance and services; Provide equipment wiring diagram and necessary technical documents and drawings. According to the user's requirements, the maintenance and operation personnel of the user shall be provided with necessary training and training materials, and the software shall be updated regularly and free of charge.
