Magnesium alloy semi-solid injection molding machines are dedicated to the semi-solid molding production of magnesium alloy. The equipment has high-speed and steady crank type die closing and opening system, servo motor driven screw magnesium alloy semi-solid melting devices, dedicated high-response hydraulic servo valve control injection devices and high performance display touch controllers, which can coordinate with molds to produce magnesium alloy semi-solid products steadily and efficiently.
The equipment can put an end to the use of sulfur hexafluoride and the exposure of high-temperature liquid magnalium alloys, which greatly improves the safety and environmental protection degree in the intensive processing process of magnesium alloys. Under the increasingly tight safety supervision and environmental protection situation, the stable production of your Company can be ensured. Meanwhile, the production cost can be reduced by reducing energy consumption, raw material consumption and improving product yield, and practically increasing benefits for your Company.
Application:
Security: Compared with the die casting process, only a small amount of metal is used in the forming process, which completely changes in the closed channel, and there is no exposure and transfer link of high temperature liquid metal, thus avoiding the combustion and scald accidents;
Environment friendly: No use of smelting protective gases such as hazardous SF6, no smoke transpiration, no flame, no smelting slag, and with clean and healthy working environment;
Accuracy: Good filling controllability. It can be made into highly complex products (such as semi cavity parts and parts with the thinnest part at only 0.3mm, with the difference between the thickest and thinnest parts on a product as 100 times), high precision (0.01mm), and minimal post-processing capacity;
Resource saving: There is no need to be heated to complete liquefaction. Compared with the die casting process, the hot melting temperature is at 80℃lower, no need to melt hundreds of kilograms of magnesium alloy raw materials at one time, no need to perform heat preservation. The energy consumption is reduced by 60%, the thermal impact on the mold is reduced, and the service life of the mold is extended by 2-4 times. All the processing residues can be recycled. Compared with die casting, it can save 30% of production area;
High: Large single machine capacity and high efficiency (1-4 pieces per minute, 24-hour continuous production); as there are very few raw materials for heating, the start-up and shut-down time of the equipment is 70% less than that of die casting, and the raw materials can be changed quickly;
Compact: The metallographic structure is compact (comparable to forging), with few defects in products, and the mechanical index can be increased by 20% compared with the die casting process;
Stability: Long service life of consumables, reliable mechanical operation, 24-hour continuous operation, with maintenance cycle up to nearly 200000 times;
Simplicity: The simplest forming process of complex metal parts: material magnesium alloy ingot - magnesium alloy particles - semi-solid injection molding - small amount machining - surface treatment - coloring and spraying completion process
