In addition to the application of ordinary magnetic flap liquid level gauge, it is especially used in high temperature industries such as electricity, heating, and gas supply. Because of the high temperature of liquid sulfur, the measurement of liquid sulfur level is a typical application of high temperature magnetic flap level gauge. When the temperature is lower than 100 ℃, liquid sulfur will become solid crystals. In order to prevent the solidification phenomenon, it is necessary to ensure that the liquid sulfur is at a high temperature. At this time, it is necessary to use a high-temperature magnetic flap level gauge for measurement. The following methods are generally adopted:
First, add a high-temperature steam jacket on the outside of the instrument to heat the medium through high-temperature steam;
Secondly, in order to ensure that the medium is always in a liquefied state, a vacuum jacket can be added outside the high-temperature jacket, so that the thermal energy of the high-temperature steam is not attenuated, and the medium can be kept constant within the liquefaction temperature range.
