Permanent Quality magnet N52 Grade NdFeB Magnets with countersink screw hole
Magnets can be secured in one of two ways:
Mechanically
By use of bonding materials
If the magnet will be secured mechanically, out-gassing is less of an issue. The less materials that are used that have a potential for out-gassing.
If the magnet is secured using bonding materials, make sure to use advanced epoxy and adhesive that have low TML and CVCM values. Star Magnet offers a number of epoxies, we will work with you on selecting the correct adhesive or epoxy.
Highlights:
1. Counter sunk holes tolerance control:
(1). in the process of grinding and cuting, controlled by high precise machines.
(2). after plated, we will check the magnet tolerance as per drawings based on AQL standard.
2. Non-magnetism protective package:
(step 1). sorting the defect product after magnetized
(step 2). check the total quantity as per client order
(step 3). Vaccum packing based on magnet size and inner box
(step 4). Inner box packing and put the shipping label on the inner box
(step 5). Foam protection packing, and then iron packaging to finish the Non-magnetism protection
(step 6). Exporting carton with table tie and then pallet, post magnet Grade, size, quantities or special requirements
