Introdcution

 

The BM3 manpack base station is small in size, thin in thickness, and light in weight. It is an ad-hoc network base station equipment for individual mobile field communication, whichsupports multiple individual soldiers to automatically form a network with each other to form a large-area mountainous field mobile communication network.

IWAVE BM3 is a ad-hoc MANET(Mobile Ad Hoc Network) Radio repeater for man-pack, The repeater adopts wireless interconnection technology to quickly create multi-hop narrowband networks through cascading connection, free of any IP link such as fiber optic and microwave.

Remote Management, Keep Networking Status Always Known

●The portable on-site command dispatch center(Defensor-T9) remotely monitor all the mesh nodes radios/repeaters/base stations in the tactical ad-hoc network created by IWAVE Defensor series. Users will get the real time information of battery level, signal strength, online status, locations, etc via T9.

 

High Compatibility

●All the IWAVE Defensor series--narrowband MESH radios and base stations and command center can smoothly communicate with each other to build a long distance narrowband self-grouping and multi-hop tactical communication system.

 

High Reliability

●The Narrowband Mesh Radio network is highly reliable because if one path is blocked or a device is out of range, data can be routed through an alternative path.
