T-RH163 Marine Turbocharger design features:

T-RH163 Type is one of T-/T-RH series of exhaust gas turbocharger.  T-RH series turbocharger consists of single stage turbine and centrifugal compressor. This series of turbocharger can be used to match high-speed diesel engine power 300-110kw. Inboard plain bearing is lubricated by the engine oil system. The blade wheel of the compressor adopts the back bend and tilt Angle. The overall efficiency of T/C is 60%-62%, with the maximum pressure ratio of 3.6. /T- RH series turbochargers widely used in Marine generator, drilling and mining field.

Lightweight design: 's RH series is reduced in size and weight and maintains the strength necessary for the turbine.

Wide application: turbines are available in a wide range of models to provide customers with the widest range of applications.

Option Moban 3-2 (can add in one moban or delete in another moban): Marine turbocharger/Exhaust gas turbochargers operate at high speeds, high exhaust gas temperatures, high air and exhaust gas flow rates, and high flow rates. Generally, the pressure of the exhaust gas is 0.25-0.45 MPa, and the exhaust gas temperature is 500-600 °C. The speed varies with the size of the Marine turbocharger / supercharger. The maximum speed of the large-sized supercharger is 10000 r/min, and the maximum speed of the small-sized supercharger can reach 40,000~50000r/min. Therefore, the marine turbocharger/exhaust gas turbocharger is a precision machine.

Option Moban 3-3 (can add in one moban or delete in another moban): When the diesel-exhaust turbocharger combination is in operation, the marine turbocharger/exhaust gas turbocharger is prone to failures such as turbine casing corrosion, bearing damage, blade damage, gas seal damage, and supercharger vibration. The daily good maintenance agement can reduce these failures.
