Features of marine cooler:
1. The oil cooler adopts a bare tube (with no rolled fins on the surface) heat transfer tube, which has a high heat transfer coefficient of the outer film of the tube and strong anti-pollution ability.
2. The cooling tube of the oil cooler adopts high-quality copper tubes and is processed into fin-shaped radiating fins. The product is small in size and large in heat exchange area.
3. The spiral guide plate of the oil cooler makes the cooled liquid flow continuously and uniformly in a spiral shape, which overcomes the cold and heat exchange efficiency generated by the baffle guide plate.
4. The oil cooler adopts an expanding tube seal, which overcomes the undesirable changes in the material after high temperature welding.
5. The oil cooler has good structural performance, stable sealing performance, high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, and small footprint
Working principle:
Manual working process: After the water filter is connected to the piping system, the water enters the water filter from the lower water inlet. When the impurities in the water pass through the mesh core, the volume is larger than the mesh core hole, and the slits are trapped on the mesh core.
When the quantity is used, it will cause a certain pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. (The pressure difference of the filter screen is different with different diameters, generally 0.15Mpa), manually open the sewage valve, start the sewage, turn the handle, the direction of rotation can be positive or negative clockwise, rotate every 10 seconds-30 seconds, the handle points Each recess is fixed, and the water flow reverses the impurities and dirt attached to the inner wall surface of the mesh core. Turn off the drain valve until one turn, and the manual drain is completed.
