1. The welding electrode material is red copper, very hard and durable.Save your cost. The longitudinal wire is feed from coil wire. The longitudinal wire is through the straighten device. make sure the steel wire is straighten. And the surface of roll mesh is smooth.
2. This Welded Wire Roll Net Welding Machine is full automatic to feed longitudinal wires from coil, weld mesh, roll mesh. The cross wire is pre-straighten and pre-cut by wire straightening and cutting machine. The cross wire is feeding automatic with the help of stepping motor. The cross wire hopper can load max 100kg wires material.
3. It has advantages of reasonable design, low noise, stable working, easier operation etc.
4. The Welded Wire Roll Net Welding Machine is equipped with control cabinet. You could set the different parameters by touch screen in the control cabinet. Such as; you could set the mesh size, length of roll mesh. The mesh size is precise and can be set according to customers' requirements.
