Analysis of the main causes of the decrease in the quality of the bend pipe and the methods for attention:

The neutral axis is 2/3 from the outer wall. Therefore, thin-walled pipe bending, the use of rotary bending method is beneficial.

Effect of lubrication on product quality during 6. molding:

However, in the traditional production process, the lubricating products of oil-based bends can meet the requirements of the quality of bends in the production of bends, but the non-cleaning property and environmental pollution of oil-based bends are very prominent.
