Purpose/Field of Application ★ Treatment of abrasive grains ★ Surface rust removal of metal plate, polishing/wood-plastic plate, laminated steel plate, rubber plate plane sanding and polishing ★ Removal of the long-lasting oxide skin on the workpiece surface and the oxide skin in the hole. ★Stainless steel template, stainless steel decorative plate, copper foil substrate (CCL), printed circuit board (PCB) plane sanding and polishing ★ Processing of workpiece burr/surface polishing for stamping workpiece/laser cutting/flame cutting/plasma cutting ★ Polishing of various extruded profiles in the building materials industry ★ Sanding, hairline, wire drawing, grinding and polishing of stainless steel sheet, aluminum sheet, magnesium alloy sheet, titanium alloy sheet, copper sheet and other materials.
No.1: After hot rolling, annealing, pickling and descaling. The surface of the treated steel sheet is a dull surface, somewhat rough.
No.2D: It is better than N0.1, and it is also a dull surface. After cold rolling, annealing, descaling, and finally light rolling with rough rolls.
No.2B: This is the most commonly used in architectural applications, except that after annealing and descaling, a final light cold rolling with a polishing roll is performed, the other process is the same as 2D, the surface is slightly shiny, and can be polished.
No.2B Bright Annealed: This is a reflective surface that is rolled with polished rolls and final annealed in a controlled atmosphere. Bright annealing still retains its reflective surface and does not produce scale.
No. 3: represented by 3A and 3B. " 3A: The surface is uniformly ground, and the abrasive grain size is 80-100. 3B: The rough surface is polished, and the surface has uniform straight grains. Usually, it is polished on the 2A or 2B board with an abrasive belt with a particle size of 180-200.
No.4: One-way surface finish, not very reflective, this finish is probably the most versatile in architectural applications. The process steps are firstly polishing with coarse abrasives, and finally grinding with abrasives with a particle size of 180.
No. 6: It is a further improvement of No. 4. It is polished with a Tampico polishing brush in abrasive and oil media. 4 surfaces. This surface finish is not included in "British Standard 1449", but is available in American Standard.
No.7: Known as bright polishing, it is polishing the surface that has been ground very finely but still has scratches. Usually a 2A or 2B plate is used, with a fiber or cloth polishing wheel and the corresponding polishing paste.
No.8: Mirror polished surface with high reflectivity, often called mirror finish because it reflects a clear image. Continuous polishing of stainless steel with a fine abrasive, followed by a very fine polishing paste.
