The steps of sheet metal shell processing:
1. Drawing design:

2. Laser processing:

Stamping can not replace the sheet metal shell processing method.
3. CNC stamping:
The turret CNC punching machine is mainly aimed at the thin thickness of the product processing material. Generally, the material below 2.5mm is more suitable. The sheet metal shell has many holes in the workpiece or the workpiece that requires a special mold to be processed. When the batch is large, CNC stamping has the advantages of certain cost advantages.
4. Bending:
If most of the workpieces need to be bent and formed after the workpiece is finished, the company has multiple computer bending machines, which are not only fast, but also more accurate in sheet metal shell processing.
5. Welding and forming:
The workpiece generally needs to be assembled and formed after the material is placed. There are many ways to assemble. Some are directly formed by non-welding processes such as screws and riveting. Generally, the sheet metal shell of the mechanical shell is usually formed by welding. The company generally adopts argon arc welding. Welding, carbon dioxide welding, etc. After welding, the workpiece is polished and polished, so that the workpiece is relatively firm and beautiful.
