Gabion basket is also known as gabion mesh, green grid, gabion retaining wall, Reynolds pad, reinforced gabion, gabion cage, etc. It has been widely used in traffic, water conservancy, municipal, gardens, soil and water conservation and other engineering projects as a new material structure in recent years.
Ecological grid is made of high strength low carbon galvanized wire and 5%~10% thin alloy coated steel wire ( or homogeneous coated polymer steel wire) twisted by the machine into hexagonal mesh. The length of two hinges should not be less than 5cm, and the protective coating of steel wire should not be destroyed. See YB/T4221-2010 Industry Standard for more information.
Gabion mesh can be linked up into boxes according to engineering design requirements and filled with blocks, stones and other filling materials into one, used as embankment, roadbed protection and other engineering new technology.

Ecological Green Grid is made of corrosion-resistant, high strength, low carbon galvanized steel wire or 5%-10% thin alloy coated steel wire (or homogeneous coated polymer steel wire) that is twisted together by machine. This product is made of low carbon steel wire, with weaving technology of twist knitting. Four principal types of meshes are available: a quarter to eight, and wire diameters range from 1.5 to 5 mm, with the apertures ranging from 60*80, 100*120, 120*150 to 160*180.
It is rooted from Anping, Hebei, mainly applied in coastal defense engineering, river protection, garden landscape, etc. This product can further be surface treated with plastic-coated PVC.
Stone cage net is mainly used to guide river water along the river flow to ety. During flood, the water quantity is massive and fast-flowing, which will cause violent impact to the channel and dam and result in river diversion, leading to great disaster.
Stone cage net is employed to reduce the rapid erosion of embankment caused by water, by placing it inside or at the edge of the channel. When the turbulent river hit this stone cage net, the embankment or channel is protected. In the bends of the river, this tool will guide the river to follow the original flow.
Apart from guiding the floodwater, stone cage net is also applied to spillway dam and diversion dam, to divert and control water.
