The company has self-managed import and export rights, mainly producing deep groove ball bearings,pillow block bearings,tapered roller bearings,spherical roller bearings,excavator bearings,non-standard bearings and other products. Depending on the professional application and foreign trade agreements, our company can provide OEM service and non-standard customized solutions as well as the whole array of bearing products. Our bearings are mainly used in automobiles, agricultural machines, ships, machine tools, motors, mining machines, paper making, textiles, printing and other fields as well.
Our factory now covers an area of 8000 square meters, with fixed assets totaling about ten million dollars. We have advanced CNC grinding machines and fully automatic assembly lines with an annual production capacity of 50 million sets. At present our company has passed the ISO 9001:2008 international quality management system certification, and also passed the QA Certification. In order to ensure the consistency of the quality of our products, we select our raw material suppliers carefully, and we implement strict supplier approval procedures and inspection procedures. Our raw materials are in line with national industry standards. Raw materials and steel are mainly made of high quality die cast steel.
